Yellowknife Wireless is excited to announce that starting in January 2025 we will be upgrading our billing system to better serve you.

Action Required: Update Your Payment Information

To ensure a seamless transition, please note that we are unable to transfer your current Credit Card and/or Electronic Check (ACH) details to the new system.

What You Need to Do:

Beginning January 2nd, our team will contact you to assist with updating your payment details.

If you have a Payment Portal Login, we encourage you to log in to the Payment Portal after January 2nd to update your information independently.

If you don’t have a Payment Portal Login, please contact our office, and we’ll guide you through setting one up.
